I finally got around to swapping these goodies into the blue car.

Valve Cover off:



Rockers and Lifters out:



Cam and Cam Gear out:



Stock VS. BAT H-280(stock bottom, BAT top, see something interesting here?):





Stock Roller Lifter VS. BAT Hydrolic Lifter:





Cam back in:



Lifters in:



Rockers In:



What did I need from the stock Cam?



Cam Gear installed:





All together:



50% UDP installed:



I put the motor mounts back on, as well as the battery and intake, and fired it up for a few runs. I had to clean my IAC, but it is running pretty good now, and sounds MEAN!!! I have a few videos, that I will post up later.

**and before anyone mentions it.... I have purchased a 3rd gen throttle cable, which will be going on the car in the near future. I have just been working on other things right now, and the stock 94 throttle cable works just fine how I have it modified.

HAHA, I hope for nothing... and then act suprised if I get an increase. It at least sounds better than it did before. I have a few things to button up before I can take it out for a test run.

Freaking sweet!

Some day I'll do this stuff to mine. Some day WAY down the road.

Hopefully you can get the serpentine belt length figured out.

I figured rather than copying the specs, I'd just snap a pic:



And Celery... I have Stainless lines, they just aren't on yet.

the cam is a BAT-Inc cam. They haven't sold Escort parts in many years now. The Alternator pulley that is currently on the car is a ZXTuner ODP to help charge the battery with the 50% crank UDP.


4door... the site that I used to host my videos on went down, so now I have all my videos on Myspace.
