What is *bump* anyways.. i see it all over forums, just never really considered what it was?

yeah whenever somebody replies to a post, it gets put at the top of the "last 25 posts" list, so people will sometimes "bump" or "up" a thread (thread being the article they created) to keep it fresh at the top of the lists.
Oh, so then I´m *bumping* right now aren´t I. Don´t feel bad siragan i didn´t know what it meant either.
On a totally unrelated topic, I´m glad to see the regular smiles back on the website, I didn´t care much for the others, they were too cartoonish. I do like the new topic icons though.
