BRAKES!

i have an 1989 sgt and when i drive hard for a while i get brake fade really bad like almost to the point where i can barely stop. i want to go to the upgrade of brakes b4 i go severly into my engine so i can stop once im goin fast heh. but i herd that slotted rotors are better than cross drilled ? which are the best for cooling and what pads will keep temps down for best performance pleeze help. and if u know where i can get these pads and rotors will help greatly.
