Just did full brake job after car sat still thru winter (calipers seized). Brakes went from bad to non-existent while limping to the garage.
Now, after thorough bleeding at four wheels, pedal still goes to the floor-more quickly when power is on.
I applied a vacuum pump to the vacuum intake on the booster. It held pressure until the brakes were applied, then lost it all.
Is the booster toast? What cars can I scavenge from? Are there any pitfalls? All coments and advice appreciated.
