Okay my car has developed a really big issue of every time i start my scort a big cloud of blueish white smoke comes out my exhaust. And not only that Its burning oil like theres no tommarow. Idk much about the 1.9 and i dont got much money. Any one got any ideas as whats wrong with my beloved escort before i sell it off.

Do a compression test !
Or have someone do it for you. Until you do that, you'll only be guessing about what's wrong.
Check the PCV valve and make sure it isn't plugged up. IF it is, replace it.
Check your air filter to make sure it isn't plugged up. IF it is, replace it.
Pull your spark plugs and see if any of them are nasty looking. This is a good clue to what's going on and which cylinders are responsible.
Tell us what you find on your plugs.
These are very cheap things you can do to help reduce oil use. Let us know what you come up with.
