I replaced my fuse box in my '95 Escort b/c the Heater circuit breaker fuse had a broken prong stuck in the fuse box and I couldn't get it out. not only did this not resolve the heater/blower issue, but now my blinkers and wipers do not come on. The fuse box does not have a fuse for blinkers, I think they have their own relay located in a panel to the left of the steering wheel. Odd thing is, the blinkers come on when I activate the Hazard lights. I have yet to put the old fuse box back in to check if that resolves the issue. Does anyone know if the fuse box has anything to do with the blinkers?

Turn sigs + wipers are on the same stalk switch. This might be a clue. Sometimes functions will sort of daisy-chain from one box to the other. So there may be several fuses from the secondary box, that are tied to a single fuse under the primary box. Check for blown fuses and open connections.
