Not to worry, I've not gotten any responses on my post either, but I've read in other posts that the Autolite Iridium's are the best to use, but they're about $6.50 a pop, if nothing else, factory was Motorcraft, which you can look up on Autozone's or Advance Auto Parts websites. Hope this helps.

    Spark Plugs

Thanx-I know which ones to stay away from NGK's. When I tried to match them up against the factory MotoCraft's they were way too short.

I will look up your suggestions, thanks...

Who told you that? I have used many Bosh plugs, but never in a ford 4cyl...

Now I CAN tell you NGK's are EVIL!! When it comes to ford engines in general. Autolites are OEM, motorcraft = Autolite. I have found if your unmod'ed keep OE replacements, they cost less and last for another 80K without fouling out. IIRC and correct me if I am worng (been a few years since I had my ZX2) but the book says .060 or .065 but I always found that changing the gap to .055 increased my miles per tank by about 25 miles. I never figured out what that actual MPG and HP changes were.

I had the Bosch +4 in my 03. They actually ran great but in my last troubleshooting issue I took them out and put in the autolite double plantum. It seemed to really loose some of it's power and even struggling to get the same gas milage. My Bosch plugs had about 3x,xxx miles on them and I'm actually thinking about puting them back in since replacing them didn't fix my first inital problem.

Note from a Ford tech do not use Champions. He had no problem that I used autolites.
