Wow those actually look good, and I usually HATE chrome/shiny rims. Do you have the missing centre cap(s)?

Yeah...I got all of them. I need to get shorter lugnuts so I can put the cap on flush. I guess becuase the wheels in the rear are staggered deeper. I was able to fit the cap over them (just barely).

Excuse the height as I have not put my springs on yet
I think any lower will look too low. It looks awesome.

Thanks for the compliments guys. Im gonna put Suspension Techniques (struts and springs) on it. Im just wondering, because they have both the Sport tech springs (25mm drop approx) and the Speed tech springs (60mm drop)...one is not low enuff, the other setup may be too low. The struts on my car now are shot. But I dont think ST sells the struts by themselves. I wish KONI still made struts :(

50 SERIES  ....thats nosebleed city LOL!!! Even if I wanted to use that profile I would most definitely rub. The rears are 17x8.5 with an offset of 13. As it sits I had to stretch a 205/40 to put on them. What I plan on doing is going with a 225/35/17 after I roll the fender. I may have to camber it a degree or two to fit.

i like how it looks, too bad escorts were not rwd. they look nice with fat wheels in the back.
I know what ya mean (a cryin shame). Eventually I want to get another 1st gen and make it a rwd (2.3 motor). I got a qoute on the fabrication and its gonna run about $5000 just for the labor (front end, tunnel and rear susp linkage). Then I would still have to deal with other issues...Pockets just aren't deep enuff right now :(

That's the kind of fab work that you or your friend do, not a shop.

Yeah...I know, but when time is a factor, $$'s will have to fill the gap...Im willing to pay for safety and expertise...and btw, that is a 'friend' price. 8O
