just bought a 98 zx2 automatic. engine runs great, but the transmission sometimes jerks when put into drive and then sometimes again when it shifts to second. checked and adjusted transmission fluid level as a first course of action, still jerks - always random. help?

first.... is your fluid burnt or dirty?

second, check VSS and TSS

fluid is not burnt or dirty. excuse my ignorance, but what is VSS & TSS?
