Does anyone know of an actual modification you can do to your antenna so that I don´t have to keep pulling it out and still get a signal? I think the Escort looks weird with the antenna sticking way out, but sometimes I do occasionally listen to the radio.

I got one off ebay for $15 + $5 shipping last year. Thinking of installing it on the scort.
