I´m assuming this is a cone filter and maybe a length of pipe.
I´d say anywhere from -3 to 2hp depending on the airtemp under the hood. The real restriction on the 2nd gen LX isn´t the filter as much as the air flow sensor.

PS: Not that it won´t come in handy later when you perform more upgrades. Just that it´s not worth much on a stock engine.. still, a good place to start!
