OK the discussion has been started, and I am going an a lead, and so now the question is: Where is the A/C relay on a 93 GT? I see it in the schematic but I don't know where it is.

There are 2 of them in the back top right of the engine compartment , along the firewall. One of them turns off your compressor if you accelerate hard enough. I forget exactly what the other one does.

I just checked my 1995 Service manual.

My LX has 2 relays there. It shows the GT having 1 relay in that same spot for A/C.

LX:
1 relay for WOT (Wide Open throddle cutout)
1 relay for A/C

GT:
1 relay for A/C

Which means that the GT doesn't have a WOT or has it in another location, though I don't see a WOT on the GT schematic.

The WOT relay turns your air conditioning compressor off under hard accelleration.
