I just bought a set of those aftermarket driving lights for my 94 ELX.

#1 is there alreadya hole in the fire wall to feed some wire through? If so..where?

#2 where is a good place to ground the wires? and exactly how should i ground the wires? thanks..

you can ground it to any piece of metal on the front. just get some screws, and drill a hole a little smaller than the screws. sand around the holes with some sand paper until you can see bare metal. and screw the ground wires into it.

i ran my wires with the speedo cable threw the fire wall.

I grounded my wires to the engine block itself when I ran something or another. Of course I already had stock fog lamps on my GT, so the wiring to the cabin and to a power source was already in place. There should be wires already grounded to a 10mm bolt somewhere in the engine bay...just use that bolt instead of drilling any new holes.

its not that hard...on my wiring harness, there was a ground, a power and a remote...(i.e. switch). Just folow the instructions, its not hard...simply splice into the parking lights, (what i did) and thats the power, then ground it pretty much anywhere, and run the switch into the cabin.
