I found a local cl ad for an 81-85 head. I asked for the casting number and got E3EE 6090 A6A in response. Which according to the sticky, is for a turbo application. Is it to my advantage to get this head for my 87 gt. If so, what can I aspect? Or is there no real advantage and just wasting time and effort?

i tink the early heads were buit stronger. less likely to crack. are you going turbo? other then that i dont see how it would be better.
