the adjustment screw on the rear caliper fell down into the caliper and i cant get it to turn or get an allen on it. how do i get it out? its like its stuck down in there. all i did was turn it counterclockwise like i was told to do then all of a sudden this happens. now what do i do

well i dunno wtf happened then.gonna pick up a new caliper tomorow
