you may need to swap the thermostat housing, but other than that it should be plug and play.

I also believe that pre-'99.5 model year cards have a 4-wire MAF sensor vs a 6 wire MAF on the post '99.5 cars. The 6-wire MAF incorporates the coolant temp sensor circuit to the PCM rather than separate wiring on the older cars. Use the MAF and matching PCM from the chassis and you should be okay.
