Anyone know where I can find replacement studs & nuts for my 96 Escort 1.9 intake manifold?

I got replacement nuts and studs from autozone, I believe they were dorman. Thus I assume they would have intake hardware.

No I checked. Exhaust studs are easily found but so far no one shows the intake studs & nuts. Googled but no one offers. Just ordered a reman head from Advance 4-6 wks. Seems to be getting hard to get.

All you need are bolts that are the same length.

    A junkyard "core" engine.

Sounds like my answer! They are basicallythe same as the exhaust studs.

The exhaust manifold also has some smaller studs that hold on the heat shield.

Joey not talking about the 3 small studs for the cover. There are 2 long & 4 shorter 8mm studs that hold the exh manifold on. The 4 shorter studs are almost identical & only different at the end.

They likely dont list the studs for the inake manifold, since they are pretty standard studs. Just get the Dorman part numbers, and order based on that.

Oops, I got thinking about exhaust manifolds instead of intake.
