what up escort pimps!! new on the block and just wanted to say hey. got a 95 egt automatic. i´ve had it a little over a year and the tranny went belly up on me in JAN. i guess i could call "mybad" on that one. always new she had potential but didn´t know where to start. maybe yooz guyz can help out. i´ve been lookin for a new tranny but to no avail. like to get it running before i get too deep. getting tired of deez cocky cavaliers running around in browntown. they just don´t know when to stop!! :-Y

thats been to object of my affection for a while. but its hell finding one for a 1.8 my way. found one for $1000 but F*CK THAT the source was a little shady and well who has that kind of cash handy? furthermore it was corpus fucking christi pimp, a ways off!!

I´m not gonna beat the shit out of you. I personally don´t care what you do, but I personally highly recommend a manual transmission in virtually all track-worthy cars.

Need we all forget the 900HP Hyunday Tiburon in SportCompact Magazine about 4or5 months ago it had 2 automatic transmissions, but regardless i still agree with the manual idea :cool:

manual is so much more fun to drive anyways, and once you´re comfortable it´s actually eaiser to drive, and gives you rpm preferences too...

I started on an auto, then a friend enlightened me and I´ll never switch back. I´ve converted two of my friends thus far, and I´m currently working on a third.

i wouldnt say im a mechanic(cause im not!) but i work on my own through trial and error. i feel very comfortable gutting my own ride but ive had people tell me it would be hell on earth to convert to manual, and alas being the stubborn sob that i am, i beg to fucking differ. how did you do? if you don´t mind me asking? ;-)
