I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Both my rear trailing arms are rusting to pieces. They are the fore to aft facing piece, part # FOCZ-5K898-A. Every website is showing the part as discontinued and eBay listings I’m seeing aren’t showing pictures to verify it’s the correct part. Does anyone have a source to find the training arms?

I read the Mazda Proteges suspension parts are interchange with Tracers and Escorts. Mazda lists the part as
BL8D‑28‑250B‑23818. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The Ford Service Manual refers to those as "trailing links" . Under that name the only things I saw on ebay today (sept 12, 2020) were trailing links for other Ford vehicles, and in some sellers ads where a dismantler was selling various parts from their 2nd gen Escorts - but with no pics of the partss. And while they show a selling price of $25, the shipping cost was $85. The things shown at rockauto(dot)com under the heading of "trailng arm" were what Ford calls the "lateral arm".

I didnt spend enough time at jimellismazdaparts(dot)com to see if the mazda part number you gave was pictured in one of their exploded parts diagrams.

Thanks for taking a look. I’ll be sure to let you know if I find anything. I’m hoping someone car verify that the Mazda parts are identical.

Not 100% on this but wouldn't the Tracer trailing arms be the same as the Escort ones? If so I can ship you a clean set.

Just to make sure we're talking about the same part you're talking about #2?

John, I appreciate it. Yes figure 2 is corrects, I found the trailing arms in a junk yard off of a 1994 escort. The trailing arms were a little different than the Tracer, but fit fine and looked a little beefer. Thanks for the help.
