OK, so even after a new front lower motor mount, trans mount, and ES inserts, if I'm trying to grab 2nd at say, 5k rpm's, when I go to pull down into 2nd it feels as if the gates are not lined up. Whats going on here? Is my motor torquing over enough still to mis-align the shifter rod? I have a little slop in the shifter, but I assumed that was from the transmission itself, or at least the joint at the trans. I have a ssk from ebay coming that I hope will eliminate this ocne and for all. This is costing me upwards of a half second or more at an autox. What else could be going on?
