I've revived this escort from the dead. She's been sitting for over by here years. I worked all summer long of 2015. Kept a close eye on her during the winter. Now it's time for some exterior upgrades. Any tips?

I think some fresh headlight housing with a slight tint would look pretty B.A. with that dark blue

Welcome to the forums! I like them stock myself. I own four, all 2nd gens and all used for daily drivers. At least two at a time are. We live in far south TX in winters, where we dont see that white stuff in your picture. We have two Escorts down here. In summer we live in Northern VA, in Alexandria. We have a pair of Escorts up there too.

When I have extra time; all of my Escorts could use their headliners replaced. I just have to find some glitzy fabric that wont fade. Years ago I did one of my car's in a crushed velvet; in red. My daughter's friends said it was being inside a violin case.

pizzan5000: I definitely agree with you. I took me a good amount of time to find a set of blinker housings that match the headlights on the webb.

Denisond3: This is my 3rd escort and I'm only 21. My friends tell me I have a problem but everyone has there favorites. Deal with the snow can be a pain. I'm planning on minimizing the winter drivers with this of course.

I think it would look clean if you polished the headlights, installed some clear corner side markers next to the headlights and ran some 15" Tracer wheels with lower profile tires.

Definitely go with the clear corners, classy and clean.
