I ran accross a neat article on the net about a Geo Metro project in which the author did everything possible (well almost everything) to obtain the highest MPG on his vehicle. I asked him if I could republish it and so I did, check it out:

Now what makes me wonder is how much difference a Ford Escort would get if similar modifications were performed. I especially like the fuel warmer idea and the things he did to the aerodynamics. Though he should have lowered it too and make a bellypan.

Hahaha, wow! The wheels mod just kind of cracks me up. But that is amazing, who would have thought, out of a zx2! I'm going to have to read up on his modifications. Thanks for the link.
