well my buddy has a 98 4.0 ranger, so one day after school we went out on the highway, got beside each other going about 40 then hammered it..i got him by about 2 car lengths....it was pretty funny. But then we stopped and then he beat me because as soon as i shift into second it falls on its face until about 3 grand so by then hes already passed me.

yeah, i got a 94 EGT and that's what mine does..... it's ok in first gear, it rips. but once i shift into 2nd, it stumbles over itself, and it's slow as **** until about 3000, when it starts to rip again, and that's how i kept up with that lincoln LS, was when it ripped up after 3000. if it would have been constant, i would have beaten the LS, because i don't think he put it all in. but, well, it's a dog until 3000 rpms. i wanna get a small turbo that would pump until about 3000, and then hook up a NOS wet kit, for higher rpms.
