i put a replacement bumper on my car cause i thought it was same color but its not. then i noticed it had a chrome strip in it. ive not seen one like that whats the deal i want to get rid of it so what would be a good price

Why not paint it? You could clean it really well with some simple green or maybe something a little stronger, then just rough it up with scotch bright and paint it. I did that on the wagon I had, wasn't hard at all.
