Hey people..I just bought a 2000 Ford Escort zx2 and for some reason the factory radio is not picking up my radio signals that good..they all seem staticy..is it the radio or antenna?

your antenna wire could have come unplugged at the back of the deck or the antenna is not extended all the way.

What if my radio just stopped working and the fuses were not blown and antenna wire is still plugged up and it just hasn't worked for probably at least a year or so
