I took the flywheel off during a clutch change, without marking the flywheel does the flywheel have to go back on in the same position as it came off or doesn't it matter, if I set the motor at top dead center in respect to the crank sensor where should the flywheel sensor trigger be positioned? 2000 2.0 zetec 5 speed manual trans.

it doesnt matter. as long as you get all 6 bolts in the flywheel you're good

It will only go on one way. There's no way to do it wrong.
