You're going to need the transmission and axles (and maybe the subframe?) out of a ZX2 equipped with the Zetec. The Focus trans and axles and subframe are different, afaik.
There are several kits on the market to fit the 5.0 into the Focus. Despite it's ugliness, the Focus is a pretty strong platform and handles the power pretty well from what I understand. :wink:
