Try autopower. But the best cage will be one you fit to the car.

    Roll bar

Diane, thanks for the info.... but.... I hope no one is paying those prices. I didn't pay that much to have a custom fit complete front to back roll cage put in my circle track car. I don't know how they stay in business.

What, the $900? That's what I paid for my custom cage as well but that was in 1997. They probably stay in business due to those who don't realize they can have a custom cage or made or that think they can just bolt it in themselves cheaper. I thought they were still $500-$600

Of course there is the u-weld kit

    Try Paco Industries,
They started out by supplying SCCA racers with parts made of unobtainium. Thet still handle gen 1 stuff.

    Do you mean "Paeco" Industries?

They have cages for about $750 (before shipping)

You may also want to scroll through Summit Racing.
Some of their DIY cage kits (from Comp Engineering) may be adapable to your needs if you have fabrication skills.
Here's one (for a Euro-Capri) for $270. Their cages are mild steel, but it's not clear to me if they are DOM (if that matters to you).

Have you found a cage yet? My car has a bolt in, if I can remember to I will see if there is a brand name on it tonight.

Safety Devices are great cages--but they are made in the UK (You want one for a MK3 Escort), so shipping would be a killer!
