Hello all, recently the motor failed on my escort and I'm not going to try and replace it again. It's a 99 escort, 5spd manual, body has approximately 200k miles on it, the motor that just failed had approximately 120k miles.

I figured I'd post it here to see if anyone wants it for parts, as most parts on this car are good. There's no rust on any body panel, the heat, AC, steering, stereo all work fine. All interior panels, door, headliner, seats, dash etc, are all rip and crack free.

Less than three months ago I put new KYB ready strut assemblies on at all four corners, I also put on 4 new General Altimax RT43 tires, it was aligned, it also got new inner tie rods and ball joints at the same time. The prior year it received a new alternator and new clutch master cylinder.

In late 2016 when I swapped the motor, I changed the timing belt + water pump, clutch, flywheel, I also put in two new front CV shafts, motor mounts and some other parts that I can't recall at this time.

I figured I'd post it here to see if anyone wants it before I decide what to do with it next. If you're interested or have any questions, please feel free to send me a message or make an offer! Car is in Carson City, NV 89701

Pictures should be attached but do not reflect the new tires.

It is the SPI and it is a 5 speed. The 5 speed was also replaced a few years prior to my purchase of the car by the previous owner.
