When I put my foot on the brake pedal my parking lights come on and the chime goes off. Also the BTSI unlocks when I put the parking lights on. no foot on brake. whats wrong..

you have a short. Pull off the kick panel on the drivers side, and pull back the carpet and start looking for bad wires. Expand your search from there if you cant find it.

You might also have a blown bulb. Sometimes the low filament will touch up against the hi filament when they blow, shorting the two circuites together.

Try removing each brake bulb one at a time until it stops. then you know which one is bad.

I tried that and it was my left brake light that was shorted out. thanks for all of your help.
