I was wondering if there is a 16" factory rim out there that fits the 4 x 100 bolt pattern. I want to go up slightly, but not 17" quite yet. Looking at putting some BF Goodrich G-Force T/a´s on it, since they don´t make it in 15".

Any info much appreciated.

Some ´99+ Miatas have OEM 16" wheels. Same bolt pattern, but the offset *might* be +40...I can´t remember. anything over +40 will start to give you troubles if you run anything wider than a 205 tire width.

Also, try looking into the OEM 16" alloys off the Mazda MP5s or MP3s. I can´t think of any other "OEM" 16" wheels with a 4x100 pattern with a +40 or smaller offset.

You would have better luck looking into aftermarket stuff.

83-93 Mustangs Have the same bolt pattern as Escorts. The 92-93 "pony" 5 spoke rims look pretty decent on a scort. they are 16x7 I believe. You will have to roll the fenders really good though. I nearly ate the whoe sidwall off my tires on the first bump I hit when I tried it. You could also try the Aftermarket 4 lug Cobra R rims too.

So I could run the ten-holes off my 84 Mustang GT on it then? I didn´t think the Mustang 4 bolt was a 4x100 design, but slightly bigger... Hmmm...

I ran my pony rims on mine for a few day until I hit a big bump and tore the sidwalls off the back tires. I rolled the fenders but not good enough
10 hols should work too, I think I saw someone with 10 holes on a scort before now that I think about it. You could always try. I don´t remember if you have a Gen I or II, but I think the bolt paterns are the same. Mines a Gen I and they fit right up.

If they are 4x108 then you get any 4 lug VW or Honda wheel to fit it.

There are tons of available wheels for 4x108.

I was pricing 17"s today and the rs-6 was the first one I picked but they couldn´t get em in 17x7 with the 4 on 108mm pattern. I am not happy I went to four tire stores and nothing. So the last place I went had a set of American Racing type SR 86 for $130 us and Cooper Cobra ultra hp 205/40/17´s for $100 each mounted, balanced, lugs, stems, everything out the door for $1005.64 before I buy ´em can any body in wa get the einki rs-6 to fit and what would you put on a Black 89 Pony to make it look nice without making the wheels the focus?I have nice Eagle polished alloy 5 spoke 15´s now so it´s not a hurry but what do you think?

Why not Focus wheels? The standard cars have 15´s and the optional size 5 spokes are 16´s. The SVT´s have 17´s.

The focus has a different bolt pattern. I love the 16´s, but they won´t fit the 2nd gen!

I really like the five-spoke wheels on the late-model MX-3 Precidias. I´ve seen them on a 1st gen MR2 and the classic style works really well on non-Mazda models. They´re 15", which isn´t big enough for some people´s style, I guess, but they´re really clean and sharp-looking. They´re also 6" wide, which is a slight improvement. I know the bolt pattern is the same as the second-gen Escort (4X100) and I´m guessing the offset is acceptable, though I´m not sure since the MX-3 has a wider front track.

Just an idea.
