So I have an 89 escort lx with the cvh 1.9 in it and I found a turbo with a header already attached that bolts up to a 1.8. Here is the part # 452084 96FF6K682AB 96FF6K682AD
Will this bolt up to a 1.9?

the 1.8l and 1.9l are 100% different motors. It will not fit. But it you can weld/braze its not hard to make a flange that mounts a turbo on the end of your stock manifold. You will need to make a brace for the turbo that attaches it to the motor otherwise it could brake off. But TBH I do not recommend that setup. I have read that some mitsubishi turbo manifold will kinda fit a 1.9l if you flip the manifold upside down but I don't recall what car that
came from.

All that aside the stick CFI intake would not be able to handle much boost. You would also need to get a bigger injector, the red top tmepo/taurus one should work for low boost. The you still have the small throttle body to deal with. A tempo or taurus throttle body could be made to fit but its still kinda of small. A better thing to do would be a HO cam/springs , header, and roller rockers, Or just swap in a HO from a 80s GT if you don't mind a rewire.

the cam/springs, header and rockers would bring a good motor up to around 100hp and the depending on the year is between 110-120hp
