    95lx, 2 symptoms:

    - hot air barely warm
    - weird gargling/bubbling sound heard inside, coming more or less from the location of the heater core. Occurs after engine start, and after turning it off.

Engine Temp indication as normal, heater core is new, engine runs smoothly.

    diagnosis? :)

PS: please dont ask if it burps.. no it didnt, and no, im not hearing things!

Gurgling sounds are produced when a headgasket is blown. The sound is compression sucking in water then blowing out air into coolant, and the sound usually changes with engine RPM.

Explain then why a brand new heater core in my escort also blows minimal amounts of heat even on setting 4, and the head gasket was rebuilt 1 month before heater core replacement.

Im thinking about air in the coolant. You can "Burp" the Cooling system.
