ZX2 1998-2004 2.0L DOHCI took a look at the the latch, it looks like a piece is bent and will not engage. Also, there is a wire that goes from the AC fuse to the compressor wiring below. I took the wire out of the fuse, it did not engage the compressor and didn't blow cold air. I tested the wire from the fuse relay...
