i have the top one on my 91. i would have to say it has more mid, once you start reaching redline it doesnt have as much power as you want. the top one they sell everywhere, if i would have caught the bottom one some where thats prolly the one that would be on my car now
I have had the bottom one for 1 yr now .. and I have had to get it replaced 2 times in that time. It is a poor design with the ball mount. See on that header ( top one ) it rotates on that ball mount with the torque of the motor and that ball wears and breaks. I know it has happened 2 times. So this time my 3rd header now .. I cut the downpipe that came with it. .... I cut 10" out of it and put a flex pipe right there. It has only been a few weeks now but from what I can tell ... it isn't moving at all. Just a poor design of a header that is all .. The pacesetter rep says that one isn't for daily driving that is why I broke 2 of them.
I was just going to cut it at the ball joint and weld it together and put a flex pipe at the end of it.
