Please point me in the right direction - site security - password reset. I went through the password reset process, twice, for my username "itswhatido" but never received the auto-response email to reset the password. Checked all possible email accounts. Site problem? Or just go with this new name?

I haven't been here for a long time, divorce & all that crap. I tried to log into my old account (Diane) & couldn't with any known password. I cancelled that email 3+ yrs ago. Tried new account (DianeD) never got the confirmation email. Finally created another & finally got on! Is there a way to reactivate my old account & delete these two? Sorry for being such a PITA! Thanks!
