My wagon just ate some valves, I'd love to work on it and fix it, but I need money, and a running car. Has a good battery3> old duralast, exedy oem level clutch less than 7000 miles on it. 2 Michelin defenders with less than 5000 miles, and loads of tread left, 2 toyo eclipse with about 18000 miles, and about 70% tread. New belts, installed same day as Michelins. Tranny is still in good shape, was flushed when clutch was inatalled, new throw out bearing, and friction plate. New fuel pump. Front brakes replaced 20000 miles ago, rotors good, pads could be replaced. New battery terminals. New ignition system(coil, wires, plugs, edis(junkyard pull), ignition switch(but not entire cylinder, just the switch). It dropped valves on 1 and 3 funders for sure, has a broken spring, rear passenger side, lids of dents, cracked windshield where the mirror got bumped off. Shattered bumper covers. Cooking fan only turn on when AC is on. AC works when it chooses. Fuel tank has a small leak around half way up, so I don't keep it around more than half. Auto shoulder belt for driver doesn't always move. It's rough but it's still an escort and I love it, hope someone can use it for parts. [IMG]
Lost title, but have affidavit in lieu of title, tags are expired from WA, can't be smogged currently with with dropped valves. Don't wish to part out and ship at this time. Can throw in the whole New ignition cylinder if you want it, no extra charge. More pics tomorrow.

If you're going to start parting it out, I might like a few things. Drop me PM if that's the new plan.

Just get on that Greyhound bus with tools, a rebuilt head and maybe a couple pistons and a couple license plates, and drive it back!
